Agreement, terms & conditions:

If you buy, you certify that you comply with our terms and conditions for contractors and agree that:.

1. You are a legal entity and have the legal right to provide construction works for the customers. You will provide all construction works on your company, as contractor, partner of 112Building. You confirm that you have at least 2 years of experience with successfully completed projects and that you areg able to get good written recommendations from previous clients (at least 2) for similar jobs of similar values that you will charge the clients
2. You have a business insurance that cover all risks
3. You must supply top quality construction services in a reasonably satisfactory manner to the clients. You understand that 112Building's customers expect a high quality service supplied by an experienced company (you). As partner, you will work on your own business but you are partner of 112Building and all you do will have repercussions on us; also you have to make clear to the client that you are our local partner working as contractor.
4. You respect the usage rules of 112Building brand identity and procedures.
5. Once you will successfully complete several construction projects with us, you qualify for next level of partnership, with more complex works, from all other sources (not only from the website), based on commission instead of a flat price.
6. You understand that current performance in Google may vary on various factors independent from us, you understand that this performance is also linked to the content that you provide, we cannot and we do not offer any warranty regarding: position in search engines, the number and the quality of the enquiries that you will receive from this service - you may also receive some un wanted messages (spam, etc), the value of the business that you can obtain from this service, the loading time of the page, the user's experience while using the page; also, we cannot be made responsible for any damages or consequences that may arise from the usage of the MixCRM for Builders system, this site, the page.
7. You understand that you are solely responsible for the legality, the quality and the safety of the construction works, customers, public and the people in your team since what we provide you through this service is only access to our software, which is offered as is. 8. You understand that the current terms and conditions may be updated without notice and is your obligation to check them regularly; by continuing using the service in any way you agree with the last version of Terms and Conditions.
9. You are allowed to use 112Building and the associated brands, companies and services with our written permission only and only in the way we agreed - including fonts, appearance, logo positioning on documents, etc. You cannot use 112Building's and of the associated brands, companies and services in a defamatory way, nor in a deceptively way, not even after you stop using our service.
10. Your flat subscription value will remain the same for at least 12 months after which we can: choose to continue the service for the same price to you, stop offering it, start a bid or choose someone else.
11. Cancellation and refunds: You can cancel your subscription anytime if we fail to provide an uptime of 95% for the sevices that we provide: access to your chosen page and MixCRM system due to technical problems but the obligations to the customers and those related to our brand and services remain mandatory until you complete all ongoing projects. By cancelling the subscription you understand that we have the right to choose to stop offering the service, start a bid, choose someone else or offering it back to you at a different price. We will refund you an amount proportional to the period for which the page and the MixCRM for Builders system weren't available for you due to our fault. You will not be refunded if: you fail to send us your contact data, photos and images, or if you are unable to provide the services described in the page to a level of quality accepted by clients in the agreed time or if you breach any terms and conditions under which you agreed to acquire this service.
12. If you fail to provide quality construction services in time and on agreed budget to resonably please the clients or if your behavior is not fair in relationship with clients and to us, including breaching these Terms and Conditions you will have to pay a penalty of minimum five thousand pounds as damage to our business and brand - but the amount may increase if your actions or inactions will affect our business.
13. You agree to receive emails, calls and any kind of correspondence from Logic Industry.
14. You undestand that 112Building, MixCRM, MixCRM for Builders and other associated services are provided by Logic Industry Ltd, London, UK - Logic Industry ® is registered trade mark in EU since 2008. Once you pay for subscription, you are required to send your contact data: email, phone, a set of 6 images from your portfolio, relevant to for the service provided on the page that you subscribed for; also, your access for MixCRM for Builders will be set up using your supplied email address in up to one working day.
15. All your personal data will be stored and processed according to GDPR, and by using our services in any form you grant us permission to legally use them (for invoicing, written agreements, etc).
